As our world's landscapes slowly deteriorate, from the increasing / decreasing temperature of our atmosphere, humans will not be able to tolerate such unlivable changes. The proposal of this project is to not only protect humans from these changes, but to embrace these changes by allowing this incubating skyscraper to mimic normal conditions and regulate its self to such extremes. According to studies showing that the world will face such extreme changes showing in maps, we not only need to fore see 50 years from now, but try to develop for an intelligent device that will start to learn from these gradual changes to start creating an immunity. This project becomes the new glob. People start to migrate from season to season inside that permanent shelter.
