villa M is unit variation of the larger residential M development. villa M responds well to the givens by allowing its materials to behave differently. In this case, a central core defined by the natural stone that separates the two main, public and private, sections of the building cantilevering to the front and back of the building to therefore, define a back court and front entry along with the water and green surfaces.

SITUATION

Residential M project utilizes the pronounced edge of simplicity, while respecting the value of the surroundings and maintaining traditional functions. As each unit sustains its individuality, the whole project strip reflects a unified scheme through the design and use of the natural stone against a white canvas allowing the project to tie together as a single development.
